e-Archive is the application providing the electronic invoicing and storing and submitting the second copy of the invoices which are amendatory to be invoiced, stored and submitted in paper environment according to 433 numbered Tax Procedural Law General Communique.
The invoices created under e-Archive application must be reported to GIB at 1st and 15th days of the following month. Inside the e-Archive report the title information of the invoices and the cancelled invoices are included.
Scope of Obligation
The taxpayers who makes sales on internet, having 5 million or above gross sales yield for 2014
have to pass to e-Archive application latest 01.01.2016. Taxpayers who are get involved in this communique, they have to complete their application and de facto preparations for e-Invoice and e-Archive before this date.
